The Dallas Stars Junior Hockey Club today announced an overhaul to the Fasthockey broadcasts for the 2014/15 season and will feature enhanced graphics, pre and post game shows and player interviews during the games. The Stars also announced that that coming season will see the Stars' broadcast team calling both home and away games.

Clif Foster joins the Stars as play-by-play announcer. Clif comes to the Stars after one season in the Lonestar Brahmas NAHL broadcast booth where he handled play-by-play duties and hosted the popular "Coaches Corner". Clif also spent four years with Boswell Sports writing and producing broadcasts for High School football. He spent two years with CBS Radio in Dallas involved with production and promotions.

Tim Shields enters his second season with the Stars but this year will slide to the commentator's side of the broadcast booth. Shields, a native of Los Angeles had a successful playing career and patrolled the blueline for the Dallas Selects and Jr Stars throughout his youth career. This past season he transitioned to the broadcast booth and additionally was a coach in the Jr Stars youth organization giving him a unique perspective that he can bring to viewers.

Alex Moore joins the Stars after several seasons of High School football play-by-play duties with IBN Sports. Alex will handle pre-game and post game interviews during home games and will join Foster in the broadcast booth handling color commentary for all road games.

We are adding additional cameras and graphics for the coming season and believe viewers will enjoy the broadcasts and in-depth commentary we will be able to provide this season.
