Euless erases deficit to stun Sugar Land, 7-5

Euless climbed out of a three-goal hole to beat Sugar Land, 7-5.

Euless let multiple leads slip away before eventually digging out of a three hole to pick up the win. Euless took a 1-0 advantage on a goal by Triston Wilson at 2:26 in the first period. Euless found itself down 5-2 after Sugar Land\’s Nicholas Krivokuca put the puck home at 8:20 in the second period. After evening things up at 5-5 on a goal by Benjamin Kraus at 18:32 in the second, Euless got the game-winner from Kraus at 8:57 in the third period.

Euless bested its season scoring average. Euless averages 2.1 goals per game.

Euless additionally got points from Kraus, who also grabbed two goals and two assists and Kayne Fedor, who also tallied one goal and two assists. Euless also got a goal from Ian Linna as well. Other players who recorded assists for Euless were Aaron Wade, Kyle Dudley, and Nick Snyder, who contributed one each and Brandon Wade and Wyatt Gentry, who each chipped in two.

The defensemen of Sugar Land were also effective in Euless\’ zone, and came away with two goals.
