Jr. Star forward Ilnur Madiarov has made his impact known throughout the league by claiming the NA3HL Bauer Hockey South Division Star of the Week ending September 26th, 2021.
Madiarov opened the series against the Austin Ice Bats by scoring a hat trick in the Jr. Stars 6-1 victory, grounding the Ice Bats in their NA3HL debut.
Ilnur continued his scoring ways Saturday by scoring the lone goal in the 5-1 defeat.
On Sunday, the Russian forward furthered his scoring streak to five games by putting one goal and two assists on the score sheet to help Mid-Cities bring home four vital points back to DFW.
Ilnur is currently 9th in NA3HL scoring with 10 points (7G-3A). With his goal total, Ilnur sits 3rd in goals scored.
Jr. Stars goalie Quillon Bowman got an honorable mention as he stopped 20 of 21 shots in claiming his first NA3HL victory Friday night.
