During the third, Taylor opened the scoring for Mid Cities with a goal at 7:28 with a helper from his teammate Koehn. Nielsen finally put Atlanta on the board with a goal at 10:19 with assists from Opie and Carlo. Nielsen quickly followed with what turned out to be the game winning goal at 12:04 with helpers from Johnson and Carlo.
